1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the online education services, learning management systems (LMS), websites, applications, live classes, recorded content, assessments, placement support, communication channels, and all related services offered under Red & White Skill Online, operated by Red & White Education Private Limited (βCompanyβ, βRWβ, βWeβ, βUsβ).
By enrolling, accessing, or using any service, you confirm that:
You are between 18 and 35 years of age
You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract
You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Red & White Skill Online, operated by Red & White Education Private Limited (βRWβ), provides online skill-based education and training services through digital platforms. These services are designed to support practical skill development and may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Live instructor-led online classes conducted through virtual platforms
Access to pre-recorded video lectures and learning materials
Use of the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery, tracking, and assessments
Assignments, examinations, projects, and practical evaluations
Academic performance assessment and internal grading mechanisms
Eligibility-based placement assistance, where specifically offered and subject to defined criteria
All services are delivered in an online format only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by RW.
RW clearly states that it is not a university, college, or degree-awarding body, and does not claim to grant any statutory, government-recognized, or university-affiliated degrees or diplomas.
Any certificate, badge, grade, or recognition issued by RW:
Is issued solely for the purpose of skill validation and course completion
Represents performance within RWβs internal evaluation framework
Does not constitute a government-recognized degree, diploma, or academic qualification
Shall not be treated as equivalent to certificates issued by universities, boards, or statutory educational authorities, unless such equivalence is explicitly stated in writing
Enrollment in any course shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of academic equivalence, employment, income, or admission to any educational institution.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
To access and use the services offered by Red & White Skill Online, each user is required to create and maintain a personal and individual account.
Access to the platform is restricted to a single device per account. The account is intended solely for the registered user and must not be shared, transferred, sold, rented, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any other individual or third party under any circumstances.
Any form of account misuse, including but not limited to:
Account sharing
Unauthorized access or login by a third party
Commercial resale or redistribution of course access
Circumvention of platform security or device restrictions
shall be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
The user shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and for all activities, actions, and communications carried out through their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
In the event of any violation of this section, RW reserves the absolute right to:
Immediately suspend or terminate the userβs account
Revoke access to all services and content
Deny any refund, compensation, or future access, without prior notice
4. COURSE ACCESS & DURATION
Access to any course offered by Red & White Skill Online is strictly time-bound and limited to the duration defined at the time of enrollment.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, course access shall include:
Access to live course delivery for the officially declared course duration, and
Continued access to recorded course content for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of course commencement or completion, as determined by RW.
Course access is provided as a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only and does not create any ownership or perpetual rights in favor of the user.
RW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, restrict, suspend, or revoke a userβs access to the course, LMS, or related services, in whole or in part, in the event of:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Academic misconduct or disciplinary issues
Non-payment, delayed payment, or EMI default
Any activity that compromises platform integrity, content security, or RWβs legal or commercial interests
In cases involving serious misconduct or payment default, RW may suspend or terminate access immediately and without prior notice, and such termination shall not entitle the user to any refund, extension, or compensation.
5. COURSE MODIFICATIONSΒ
Red & White Skill Online retains the full, exclusive, and unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to any aspect of its courses or services whenever required, including but not limited to:
Changing, replacing, or reassigning faculty members or instructors
Modifying, updating, restructuring, or enhancing course content, syllabus, learning materials, tools, platforms, or software used for course delivery
Revising assessment methods, examination formats, project requirements, grading criteria, or evaluation processes
Altering class schedules, batch timings, session frequency, duration, or mode of delivery
Such modifications may be made for reasons including, but not limited to, academic improvement, operational requirements, instructor availability, technological upgrades, regulatory considerations, or business necessity.
The student expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
Course structure, faculty, tools, and schedules are not fixed or guaranteed
Any modification made by RW shall not constitute a deficiency of service
Such changes shall not entitle the student to any refund, fee adjustment, compensation, or damages, whether direct or indirect
Continued participation in the course after such modifications shall be deemed as the studentβs acceptance of the revised course structure and delivery.
6. ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE (Rewritten β descriptive, legal, clear)
All students enrolled with Red & White Skill Online are required to maintain strict academic discipline and comply with the academic standards, rules, and guidelines prescribed by RW from time to time.
Without limitation, students must:
Maintain a minimum of ninety percent (90%) attendance across live sessions.
Submit all assignments, projects, and assessments within the prescribed deadlines and in the manner specified
Adhere to all examination rules, assessment protocols, academic integrity standards, and anti-cheating guidelines
Any act of indiscipline, negligence, misconduct, academic dishonesty, or repeated non-compliance may be treated as a serious academic breach.
Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, RW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose one or more of the following actions:
Disqualification from course certification or completion recognition
Removal or denial of eligibility for placement assistance or career support
Suspension or termination of services, including LMS and course access
Such actions may be taken without refund or compensation, and the decision of RW in academic and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.
7. PLACEMENT SUPPORT (Rewritten β descriptive, legal, clear)
Red & White Skill Online may offer placement support services as a facilitative measure to eligible students. Such support, where provided, is strictly eligibility-based and intended only to assist students in preparing for employment opportunities.
RW does not provide any assurance, warranty, or guarantee regarding:
Job placement
Salary level or compensation
Nature, duration, or continuity of employment
Selection or hiring outcome
Eligibility for placement support is conditional upon the student meeting all applicable criteria, which may include, without limitation:
Maintaining the minimum prescribed attendance throughout the course
Achieving minimum academic and performance benchmarks, as determined by RW
Successfully earning the Placement Badge or satisfying other internal eligibility requirements defined by RW
Placement support may include services such as resume guidance, interview preparation, employer introductions, or access to recruitment opportunities, subject to availability and eligibility.
All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers, and RW shall not be responsible or liable for:
Employer selection or rejection decisions
Job offers, employment terms, or workplace conditions
Termination, non-confirmation, or changes in employment after hiring
The student expressly acknowledges that placement support is a supportive service and not an employment obligation of RW.
8. PAYMENTS & EMI POLICYΒ
Red & White Skill Online offers multiple payment options to facilitate enrollment, subject to the terms defined at the time of admission. The accepted modes of payment include:
One-time full payment, payable in advance
In-house EMI facility, directly managed by RW
EMI through NBFC or authorized loan partners, subject to third-party approval and separate loan terms
By choosing any EMI-based payment option, the student expressly agrees to comply with the applicable installment schedule and payment timelines.
EMI Default & Access Control
In the event of any EMI default, the following rules shall apply:
A grace period of seven (7) days shall be provided from the EMI due date
Upon failure to pay within the grace period, a formal warning may be issued
Continued non-payment after such warning shall result in an access hold
Persistent or repeated default shall lead to termination of enrollment, at RWβs sole discretion
During any period of access hold, whether caused by EMI default, leave, absence, or any personal circumstance of the student:
Access shall be limited only to recorded course content, if any
Live sessions, doubt-solving, academic support, placement services, and faculty interaction shall remain suspended
RW shall not be obligated to reschedule live sessions, extend course duration, or provide additional support due to missed classes arising from payment default or personal unavailability.
RW reserves the absolute right to cancel enrollment permanently in cases of persistent or repeated EMI default, without any obligation to provide a refund, compensation, or reinstatement of services.
9. REFUND POLICY
Red & White Skill Online follows a strict and time-bound refund policy, which the student expressly acknowledges and agrees to at the time of enrollment.
A 100% refund of the course fees, excluding the admission/registration fee, shall be applicable only if a written refund request is raised within seven (7) calendar days from the official batch start date.
The admission or registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Only the remaining portion of the course fee, if any, shall be eligible for refund in accordance with this policy.
After the expiry of seven (7) days from the batch start date:
No refund shall be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course, non-attendance, personal reasons, technical issues, change of plans, academic difficulty, or payment-related concerns
Any refund request submitted beyond this period shall be automatically rejected without exception or discretion
All approved refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with RWβs internal verification procedures and applicable banking timelines. Refund processing time may vary based on the original mode of payment, banking partner, or loan provider, and RW shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
By enrolling in any course, the student confirms full acceptance of this refund policy and waives any claim for refund outside the conditions expressly stated above.
10. BATCH SHIFTING
Students may request a batch change or timing adjustment only within seven (7) calendar days from the official batch start date, subject to availability and approval by RW.
Batch shifting, where permitted:
Shall be allowed only to an existing and available batch offering the same or equivalent course
Is subject to seat availability, operational feasibility, and academic continuity
Does not grant the student the right to demand a specific batch, timing, or instructor
If no suitable batch is available at the time of the request, the student shall be required to wait for the next available batch, as scheduled by RW. RW shall not be obligated to create a new batch, adjust schedules, or make special arrangements to accommodate such requests.
No batch change, transfer, deferment, or timing adjustment requests shall be accepted under any circumstances after the expiry of seven (7) days from the batch start date.
The decision of RW regarding batch availability, approval, or rejection of any batch shifting request shall be final and binding, and such decisions shall not entitle the student to any refund, fee adjustment, or compensation.
11. MISCONDUCT & TERMINATION
Red & White Skill Online maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct, misuse of services, and actions that compromise academic integrity, platform security, or the reputation of RW.
RW reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate a studentβs enrollment, account access, and all associated services without prior notice and without any refund or compensation, in the event of any misconduct, including but not limited to the following:
Account sharing, unauthorized access, piracy, recording, redistribution, or resale of course content or platform access
Abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or offensive conduct, whether directed toward faculty, staff, other students, or any representative of RW, through any medium including chats, calls, emails, social media, or public platforms
Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information, use of forged documents, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity or credentials
Payment-related misconduct, including EMI manipulation, chargeback abuse, fraudulent disputes, or misuse of payment systems
Repeated academic or behavioral indiscipline, including chronic absenteeism, failure to follow rules, or non-compliance with institutional policies despite warnings
Public defamation, false allegations, or actions that harm or attempt to harm the brand image, goodwill, or reputation of RW, whether online or offline
Any act, omission, or behavior that damages or threatens to damage RWβs systems, intellectual property, commercial interests, legal standing, or operational integrity
RWβs determination of misconduct and the decision to terminate or suspend services shall be final and binding. Such termination shall result in:
Immediate revocation of access to all courses, LMS, recordings, and services
Cancellation of certification and placement eligibility, if applicable
No entitlement to refund, fee adjustment, reinstatement, or compensation
RW further reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where the misconduct involves fraud, defamation, intellectual property violation, or any unlawful activity.
12. COMMUNICATION & RECORDINGS
Red & White Skill Online reserves the right to monitor, record, store, and review communications and activities conducted on or through its platforms, systems, and official communication channels, for operational, academic, and legal purposes.
Without limitation, RW may record or log the following:
Live online training sessions, including audio, video, screen-sharing, and interactions
Chats, messages, and communications exchanged through LMS, discussion forums, WhatsApp groups, or other official group channels
Telephone calls or virtual meetings with counsellors, faculty, academic support, or customer support teams
LMS activity data, including login history, session duration, participation records, progress tracking, and exam or assessment monitoring
Such recordings, logs, and data may be collected and used for purposes including, but not limited to:
Maintaining and improving academic quality and training standards
Monitoring compliance with academic rules, conduct policies, and institutional guidelines
Investigating complaints, disputes, misconduct, or policy violations
Disciplinary proceedings, internal audits, and enforcement of Terms & Conditions
Use as documentary or digital evidence in legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement proceedings, where required
By enrolling in and using RWβs services, the student provides explicit consent to such recording, monitoring, and usage and waives any objection to the same, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
RW shall not be obligated to provide copies of recordings or logs to the student, except where required by law or regulatory authority.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course-related materials and content provided by Red & White Skill Online, including but not limited to:
Video lectures (live or recorded)
Audio content
Presentation slides, documents, notes, assignments, projects, and assessments
Course structure, curriculum design, evaluation frameworks, and teaching methodology
Platform interface elements, logos, branding, and proprietary tools
shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Red & White Education Private Limited or its licensors, as applicable.
The student is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use such content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the permitted access period.
Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Copying, recording, downloading, reproducing, or storing course content by any means
Sharing, distributing, uploading, broadcasting, or making available content to any third party
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the content or platform access
Creating derivative works or using the content for training, teaching, or competing services
RW reserves the right to immediately terminate access, cancel enrollment, and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies in the event of any intellectual property violation, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The student expressly understands and agrees that the services provided by Red & White Skill Online are offered on an βas-isβ and βas-availableβ basis, and that RWβs role is limited to providing access to online training and related support as defined under these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RW shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage arising out of or related to:
Job placement outcomes, employability results, or hiring decisions made by third-party employers
Salary levels, income expectations, career growth, or financial outcomes resulting from course participation
Technical issues, including but not limited to internet disruptions, platform downtime, software errors, device incompatibility, or third-party service failures
Services, actions, omissions, or decisions of third parties, including payment gateways, NBFCs, hiring partners, recruiters, or external platforms
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Terms, the total cumulative liability of RW, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for all claims combined arising out of or related to the use of its services shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only).
The student expressly agrees that this limitation of liability constitutes a fundamental basis of the agreement between the student and RW, and that RW would not have provided the services without such limitation.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the use of Red & White Skill Online services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The student expressly agrees that the courts located at Surat, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters, disputes, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms, the services provided, or the relationship between the student and RW.
The student irrevocably waives any objection to such jurisdiction, including objections based on inconvenience of forum or location.
16. POLICY UPDATES
Red & White Skill Online reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without providing individual or personalized notice to users.
Any such updates shall become effective immediately upon publication on RWβs official website, LMS, or platform, and such publication shall be deemed to constitute valid and sufficient legal notice to all users.
Continued access to or use of the services after the publication of updated Terms shall be deemed as the studentβs acceptance of the revised Terms, and it shall be the studentβs responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Red & White Education Private Limited (βRWβ, βCompanyβ, βWeβ, βUsβ) collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, and protects personal data of users who access or enroll in services offered under Red & White Skill Online.

5. RECORDINGS & MONITORING
By enrolling in and using RWβs services, the user expressly consents to:
Recording of live sessions, including audio, video, and screen-sharing
Monitoring and retention of chats and group communications
Recording of calls with counsellors, faculty, or support teams
Tracking of LMS activity, attendance, and engagement
Monitoring or proctoring during examinations or assessments, as applicable
Such recordings and logs may be stored and used for:
Academic quality control
Compliance monitoring
Disciplinary proceedings
Dispute resolution
Legal or regulatory evidence, where required
RW is not obligated to provide copies of recordings unless mandated by law.
6. DATA SECURITY
RW implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
However, the user acknowledges that:
No digital platform is completely secure
Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks
Accordingly, RW does not guarantee absolute security of personal data and shall not be liable for breaches beyond reasonable control.

For as long as required to fulfill academic, operational, or contractual purposes
To comply with legal, regulatory, audit, or statutory obligations

Data may be retained even after course completion, account suspension, or termination, where legally or operationally necessary.
8. USER RIGHTS
Subject to applicable laws, users may:
